SayChow is a food-logging and estimation tool for general wellness. It is not medical, nutritional, or dietary advice, and it is not a substitute for a doctor or registered dietitian.
Calorie and macro figures are estimates produced by AI and third-party food databases. The confidence signal (“✓ Sure” / “? Refine”) reflects how much the underlying sources agree — it indicates model certainty, not a guarantee of nutritional accuracy. Always verify before relying on a number for a medical or clinical decision.
SayChow is free to start. SayChow Pro unlocks grounded accuracy, confidence on every item, and voice clarification, and is offered as:
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID. Auto-renewing plans renew at the end of each period unless turned off at least 24 hours before the period ends. If you start the free trial and don’t cancel at least 24 hours before it ends, it converts to a paid yearly subscription. Manage or cancel anytime in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Prices are in USD and may vary by region; any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription. Restore a previous purchase from Settings → Restore Purchases.
SayChow, the Chowie mascot, the wordmark, and the app’s design are owned by PLAYRIOT. Your logged data is yours.
The app is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PLAYRIOT is not liable for any health outcome, loss, or damage arising from reliance on the app’s estimates. You use SayChow at your own discretion and remain responsible for your own dietary choices.
We may update these Terms as the app evolves; material changes will be reflected by the date above. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
